How to reactivate inactive employees
to Employee Management > Employee Maintenance > General.
Looking at your employee list, change the Status
drop down menu to say ALL.
Highlight the employee you need.
Once you are in their personal screen, you can change the Status
box from Inactive to Active.
If the employee was Terminated, you can find the Rehire
button on the top blue toolbar.
How to reactive employees who have started working again
Go to Employee Management > Employee Maintenance > General. Click on the Status toggle and change to inactive then apply to bring them up. Change them to active and make sure the status date is the day they returned to work.
