How to stop employee deductions at the time of termination.

I have an employee who terminated employment. Will the benefit deductions stop automatically?

It depends on your set up.

No, if the benefit is set up as a hard coded deduction or memo calculation, you will need to manually go to those items and add in a stop date.

Yes, if the benefit is set up under the employee’s Benefit Plan page, a stop date will automatically fill in once you have terminated the employee on the general screen.  No further action is needed.   (On a side note:   if you are using Infinisource COBRA, a notice will automatically be sent to notify Infinisource they need to send the employee COBRA information).
