Workers Compensation Report that shows payroll for a certain date range

I need a Workers Compensation report that shows my payroll for a certain date range. The report must break out Regular and Overtime.

The best report to pull is called the "Check History Summary" which will break out the wages and let you select the exact date range needed. To pull this report, go to the Reporting section on the left-hand side, scroll down to My Reports and click on that. There, to the right, you will see a list of reports, scroll down to Check History Summary and click on it. There, to the right put in the date range you need, then click Generate Report on the top blue line. Once you see a window pop up showing, it has saved.  Click on My Reports Queue on the blue action bar. There you will see your report listed.  Click on View Report, and your report will open in a new screen for you to print and save for your records.  


(Note: If you do not see View Report, try clicking on the Refresh button on the blue line until it appears.  Larger reports will take more time to load).
